Our Facilities
Ellisbridge Gymkhana is centrally located in Ahmedabad. This makes its residential rooms very much in demand. Well appointed Air Conditioned residential rooms, cable television, room service are available to members and guests and the affiliated club members. (Various charges are mentioned here, however the final amount to be charged will be decided by the club office.)
Room Charges
Breakfast is included in the Room Tariff (Extra Bed Charges: Rs 1000/- Per Bed Per Person Per Day.

- Full room tariff for all days to be paid in advanced while booking
- Rs 100/- per day will be charged as Resident Membership fee from each guest occupant whereby he is entitled to use other club facilities.

Rules and Regulations
- Room booking is done only when proposed by a member of the gymkhana in writing. Such a member shall be responsible for conduct of his guest and liable to pay for any damage on any other dues unpaid by the guest.
- Rooms can be booked one year in advance. Room tariff will be paid 90 days prior to the occupation i.e. 90 days 100% and 91-36 days 25%. A member can book any number of rooms at one time for 7 days only. Extension of booking will be considered only if accommodation is available.
- Guests staying in the room are not permitted more than 4 visitors at a time and that the visitors will leave by 10 p.m. Visitors of appropriate status should only be invited. The club reserves the right of admission.
- Drivers / servants are not allowed to sleep in the residential rooms area at night.
- Residential rooms will not be used for interviews or for any such other activities. Club reserves the right of cancelling the booking in case this rule is violated.
- Alcoholic drinks in rooms are strictly prohibited.
- Gambling of any sort is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
- Late checking out may be permitted up to 6.00 pm by charging 50% of the tariff and the applicable tax. such accommodation will be given not earlier than 24 hours prior to check out time. (subject to availability of room)
- While checking in guest must check room as per the room inventory and hand over accordingly.
- Guest are requested inform House Keeping Staff before checking out and must clear all the club dues before checking out.
