Extra Bed: ₹1,000 + GST (₹180) = ₹1,180 per bed / per person / per day

Temporary Membership: ₹400+ GST (₹72) = ₹472 (first day only)

NOTE:- 50% TARIFF FOR ALL DAYS WILL BE PAID IN ADVANCE WHILE BOOKING.

Breakfast is included in the Room Tariff. The guest to be given coupon, which can be utilized for Breakfast in their room or they can go to the Palms Restaurants. (7.30 AM to 10.30 AM)

CANCELLATION CHARGES:- 365 DAYS TO 181 DAYS - 10% , 180 DAYS TO 31 DAYS - 15% , 30 DAYS TO 16 DAYS – 20% , 15 DAYS TO 72 HOURS – 25% , 72 HOURS TO 24 HOURS – 50% , WIHTIN 24 HOURS & LATER – 100%

Room Booking in done only when proposed by a member of Ellisbridge Gymkhana in writing. Such a member shall be responsible for conduct of this guest and liable to pay for any damage or any other dues unpaid by the guest.

Rooms can be booked one year in Advance, Room Tariff will be paid 90 days prior to the occupation i.e. 0 to 90 days 100% and 91-365 days 50% A member can book any number of rooms at one time for 7 days only. Extension of booking will be considered only if accommodation is available.

Guest staying in the room are not permitted more than 4 visitors at a time and that the visitors will leave by 10:00 p.m. Visitors of appropriate status should only be invited. The Club reserves the right of admission.

Driver, Domestic help, Gun mans etc. are not allowed to stay along with guests in Residential rooms

Residential rooms will not be used for interviews or for any such other activities. Club reserves the right of canceling the booking in case this rule is violated.

Alcoholic drinks in rooms are strictly prohibited.

Gambling of any sort is not allowed, Pets are not allowed.

LATE CHECKING OUT MAY BE PERMITTED UP TO 6:00P.M. BY CHARGING 50% OF THE TARIFF & FULL LUXURY TAX SUCH ACCOMMODATION WILL BE GIVEN NOT EARLIER THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK OUT TIME, (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS.)

While checking in guest must check room as per the room inventory and hand over accordingly.

Guest must inform Room/ Reception Staff before checking out and must clear all the club dues before checking out.
